Leslie County (KY.) OL Blake Asher added his first FBS offer this week. The 6-foot-5, 300-pound senior who previously held offers from Morehead State and Austin Peay added his biggest offer to date last week.
Bobby Petrino's Louisville Cardinals offered the Hyden, Kentucky native his first offer. Asher has long been talking with the Cardinals' offensive line coach Chris Klenakis and finally had a breakthrough.

Asher was very excited about adding the offer from the Cardinals."(The offer) felt great. I never thought it would happen, but it did," said Asher. "It's hard to make it where I'm from."
Leslie County is a small program out in the southeastern part of the state of Kentucky. Not many prospects come out of the area. The city is tucked away in the mountains of Appalachia, but Asher is a standout in the area.
